Dashboard with billing, monthly files, blocked customers and tickets

Retail automation company

Customer and billing management

Monthly fees, tax files and support tickets for every customer, tracked in one place

  • Web

The company serves stores and supermarkets on a monthly plan. Billing lived in spreadsheets, sending tax files to accountants each month relied on the team's memory, and support requests got lost between WhatsApp and phone calls.

Now each customer has a single record with contract, addresses and contacts. The system shows who is paid up and who owes, blocks anyone three months behind, issues PDF receipts and alerts the team to tax files and tickets close to their deadline.

Used by
Finance, support and managers
Integrations
Postal code lookup, Excel import

Key features

  • Monthly fees under control

Each customer shows as paid, due or overdue. Recording a payment takes a few clicks and keeps the proof of payment attached.

  • Monthly tax files

Lists customers still waiting for this month's tax files, with the file name ready and the delivery emails and WhatsApp to copy.

  • Tickets with owner and deadline

Every support request has an owner, a priority and a deadline. Its history logs comments, handoffs and when it was closed.

  • Automatic block for late payers

After three unpaid months the customer is blocked automatically and the team gets an alert. Once paid, the block is lifted.

  • PDF receipts and collection route

Creates the month's receipts in one go and plans a route for customers who pay in cash, grouped by billing address.

  • Reminders and role-based access

Reminds the team of billing days and tax file deadlines. Each person sees only their own area: finance or operations.

All of a checkout's card payment settings on a single screen

Retail automation company

Card payment setup for POS

Technicians turn on card payments at each checkout in minutes, no database editing

  • Windows

To turn on card payments at a checkout, technicians had to open the system database and change several fields by hand, across different tables. The work was slow, required technical skills, and one wrong field left the checkout unable to take cards.

Now the technician fills in the card payment settings on a single screen and saves. The app writes everything to the right place at once, shows the acquirer code sent in the test sale and helps link each checkout to the right acquirer.

Used by
Setup and support technicians
Integrations
POS system and SiTef payments

Key features

  • Payment settings on one screen

Store code, server, token, terminal and PIN pad port are filled in together and saved to the right places.

  • Check it with a test sale

After a test sale, the app shows the acquirer code sent by the payment system and copies it with one click.

  • Acquirers and checkouts together

Lists every card acquirer and every checkout, with instructions and only the right fields open for editing.

  • Built-in error checks

Warns when a value does not fit a field or an ID is repeated, and never saves a setup halfway through.

  • Current setup always in view

On opening, the app shows what is already set up at the checkout, so the technician changes only what is needed.

  • Database on drive C: or D:

The database path can be changed on the spot and is remembered next time, with nothing to reinstall.

Dashboard with every report and complaint and the status of each one

Payroll loan management

Whistleblowing and complaints channel

People who report follow every step with a case number, without revealing who they are

  • Web

Reports and complaints came in by email, phone and informal conversations. There was no way to protect the identity of the person reporting or to update them on their case. Each case was scattered, with no single history.

Now anyone can file a report or complaint on the website, named or anonymous, and get a case number and password to follow it. The ombudsman team reviews each case, logs every step and sees volume and response time in charts.

Used by
Public, ombudsman and compliance
Integrations
None

Key features

  • Two channels, named or anonymous

Reports and complaints have their own forms and categories. People can stay anonymous and attach photos and PDFs.

  • Case tracking by case number

Each case gets a number and a password. With them, people check progress anytime, without seeing who handled the case.

  • Full history for every case

The team logs every step with a status and a comment. Nothing disappears: even a deleted update leaves a trace for the team.

  • Dashboard with filters

The team finds any case by number, type, status or date range and exports the list to a spreadsheet.

  • Statistics and reports

Total cases, open cases, average resolution time and charts by status, category and period, ready to print.

  • Role-based access

Each team member sees only their channel: reports, complaints or both. The administrator manages users and backups.
